margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0"> <font color="#800080"><span style="background-color: #ECEBDE"><b>Down Time Services Machining & Bolting</b> has been serving our customer’s needs with complete "<b>ON-SITE</b>" field machining services for over 18 years.  We field machine in-place and resurface all sizes of <b>flanges</b>, specializing in large flanges with diameters up to 20 feet using unmodified in-house equipment that mounts both internally and externally, depending on your requirements.  We utilize <b>boring</b> bars up to 32 feet long and provide a 10 inch diameter <b>bolting service</b> with a large inventory of <b>state-of-the-art</b> in-house developed hydraulic <b>tensioners</b>.  These hydraulic tensioners are designed to be manifolded together in series using a single hydraulic pump to tension bolt/stud assemblies on flanges, pipes, reactor heads, boiler housings and various other large machinery.  We have measuring services with substantial inventory of metrology & optical equipment.  A fleet of modern, well maintained vehicles is used to transport our large portable tooling inventory, which includes lathes, flange facers, boring bars, mills, drills, grinders, optical & laser inspection tools, and more, to your site.  Below you will find a listing of our extensive machining capabilities:</span></font></td> </tr> <tr> <td width="900" height="15" colspan="5" nowrap> <hr color="#000066" size="1"> <p style="margin-top: 0;
